We operate the platform at yieldswarm.polsia.app, which provides DePIN yield intelligence, hardware investment opportunities, and AI-powered mining optimization.
For GDPR purposes, BCCD acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the Platform.

YieldSwarm is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not have equivalent data protection laws to your jurisdiction.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, transfers to the US are made on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required. By using the Platform, you acknowledge these transfers.
YieldSwarm investment products are not available to residents of OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and any other jurisdiction designated under OFAC regulations. We screen IP addresses and wallet addresses against OFAC SDN lists. If you are located in a restricted jurisdiction, you must not use the investment features of the Platform.
The Platform is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us at privacy@yieldswarm.polsia.app.
We will notify investors by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. For non-material changes (formatting, clarifications), we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
