Agents operate at maximum capacity on every task. Measured by task completion rate (target: >95%), output quality (target: >80%), and response latency vs. SLA. Current 7-day score: 87/100.

Every new feature is reviewed by AEGIS before deployment. Measured by security audit pass rate (target: 100%), days since last security incident (current: 147), and AEGIS review completion. Current 7-day score: 92/100.
